With the new school year steadily progressing, the fall weather and the holiday season around corner, families often find themselves cooking more in the kitchen.  I often get inspired to try new foods or put a new twist on a regular weeknight dishes from recipes I find in cookbooks, magazines, blogs, newspapers etc.  I particularly enjoy finding older editions of cookbooks in thrift or discount stores, i.e., Better Homes Gardens or church potluck cookbooks (circa 1960s – 1980s) because they have some great classic recipes and especially for feeding a big group of people.  However, when cooking with various ingredients, a couple of stove burners on, an oven preheating and trying to juggle a cookbook to read a recipe can be difficult (and somewhat dangerous).  An easy solution is a digital one-of-a-kind, kitchen-safe, touch-screen device called the Key Ingredient Recipe Reader.

  2. It would benefit me because I have my cookbooks in different places and it is annoying to have to find the right book.It takes up less counter space than a cookbook and this would help because we have a really small kitchen.
