When trouble strikes at the Blue Mountain Quarry, Thomas is sent to help his Narrow Gauge engine friends. While shunting and hauling, he discovers a little green engine hiding in the tunnels. Thomas is determined to get to the bottom of the mystery but discovering the truth is harder than he imagined! Will Thomas be able to help his new friend? Or will the little engine be sent away from Sodor forever? Find out in Thomas’ most mysterious adventure yet, in a movie the whole family will love!
In conjunction with the movie, Blue Mountain Mystery themed products are being launched, including toys, books, apparel, and even an app. Fisher-Price has several Blue Mystery toys available to join in the Blue Mystery fun – Trackmaster {Motorized Railway} and Take-n-Play {Portable Railway}.
Working at the Blue Mountain Quarry is a big adventure for Thomas, and the Risky Rails Bridge Drop takes the daring action to new heights! Thomas carries the boulder up the winding Blue Mountain Quarry track. Send it down the chute and zooming across the cargo zip-line with help from Merrick the crane. As Thomas chugs back down the track, the bridge collapses! Will Thomas be able to travel these risky rails safely?

Thomas and Owen the Traction Engine are hard at work loading and unloading cargo at the Blue Mountain Quarry! The spinning saw blade on the drop saw cuts the blue slate and deposits it right into Thomas’ cargo car. As Thomas hauls the heavy cargo, Owen helps by pulling him up the steep incline.
