If you look up the word “multitasking”, you will inevitably find a picture of a hardworking woman or mother.  Being a wife, mother, daughter, friend, small business owner, teacher…(and the list goes on)…, I can attest first-hand all of the tasks that are completed within any given day.  Around this same time last year, my family and I were experiencing a very difficult and exhausting period in our lives with my mother being hospitalized several times, due severe complications from her dialysis and heart issues, and my mother-in-law visiting during her cancer battle.  Truly women and mothers are the unsung heroes and backbone of their families and responsibilities.  Yet with all the daily work, women and mothers are often the first not to take care of themselves.  We worry and care about the needs of others before our own and we are the last to take time to care and pamper ourselves.
