Disney Interactive Studios Review & Giveaway: Summer’s Hottest Video Games

Disney is known for offering quality family products and they are continuing in their family-friendly tradition with their launch of Split/Second; Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert’s Revenge; and Toy Story 3 video games.  Disney Interactive Studios, self publishes and distributes multi-platform video games, mobile games, and interactive entertainment.  Mami & The Multiples had the pleasure of reviewing some of Disney Interactive Studios newest products that will truly allow families to create an enjoyable experience together.

The award-winning, Split/Second, is an intense action racing game set within a reality television show. Competitors will vie to be the first to the finish line in a made-for-TV city set rigged to blow with the ultimate goal of becoming the season champion.  The incredible graphics and animation are “real life” images and is a game that both parents and children can play together.
Agents of the exclusive Elite Penguin Force are being called back into action with Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert’s Revenge. Players will be able to navigate through familiar elements from the online world, as well as new adventures and gadgets unique to the DS game. Similar to the first game, Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert’s Revenge lets kids earn coins while playing the DS game and seamlessly upload them to their online penguin accounts.

Disney Pixar Studios has created another family favorite film with the third installment of Toy Story and now the Disney Interactive Studios Toy Story 3: The Video Game is based upon the hit movie. Besides the Story category, which allows players to create adventures from the Toy Story 3 movie, is the new feature Toy Box.  As Buzz, Woody or Jessie, players can choose what activities they want to do and the order they wish to do them.  In the Toy Box mode, players can complete missions to earn rewards, including gold and new customizations; purchase new toys from the toy catalogue to change and introduce new ways to play; customize and add new buildings; personalize the look of the townspeople; race through levels in various vehicles, and much more.

Even as a very smiley infant (pre-Autism), you would look at people intently and stop smiling or even cry if you didn’t like something about them. Today, this has deepened. When you’re uncomfortable with someone, you back away, narrow your eyes at their gaze, and refrain from smiling or laughing towards them. You won’t hug them or verbally say Hi or Goodbye to them. You express your feelings clearly—it’s a God-given discernment. Your birth and life has been and continues to be a call to action. We have launched, expanded, and are continuously developing programs that are providing aid, counseling, empowerment, job training, support, resources, and so much more to families with special needs and those who are neurodiverse. 🥳 Happy Birthday to Joshua, our favorite Aquaboy! 🌊 He loves playing outside, and his ultimate favorite activity is being in the water. Whether it’s the ocean, a pool, or a lazy river, any body of water is his happy place. Swimming underwater from one side of a 6-foot pool to the other has been second nature to him since he was just 3 years old. In the water, no impairment or disability matters. 🌊 Today, he spent his birthday doing what he loves: jumping, diving, swimming, and laughing. This day would has been made possible by my dearly departed parents and his beloved late grandparents. However, Joshua still had a wonderful day because he is blessed to have a chosen family that loves and cares for him.
