My family and I started our Kikko de Mayo celebration early by creating the new Kikkoman inspired Shrimp Fajitas recipe.  Using Ponzu Lime, these shrimp fajitas dish left empty plates and happy stomachs!

Shrimp Fajitas

Ingredients (Yield: Serves 6)

1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup lightly packed cilantro
1/2 cup Kikkoman Lime Ponzu
1/3 cup lime juice
12 flour tortillas, warmed

Instructions
Stir together shrimp, garlic, Ponzu and lime juice, let stand at room temperature 20 minutes. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and green peppers to the skillet saute for 3 minutes, add shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink, toss in cilantro. Serve with tortillas.
