Glazed Carrots with Cranberries from the BJ’s Journal
Makes 6-8 Servings

2 lb. Green Giant® Baby-cut Carrots
2 Tbsp. Land O’ Lakes® Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp. Berkley & Jensen® Honey
1/3 Cup Ocean Spray® Craisins®
1/3 Tsp. each McCormick® Ground Ginger and Rosemary
½ Tsp. each Salt and Black Pepper

1. Steam carrot until almost tender, about 6 minutes.
2. Heat large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add butter to pan, stir to melt, and then add ginger and rosemary. Cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. 4. Carefully add carrots to pan in single layer. Sauté, tossing occasionally, until carrots just begin to brown.
5. Remove pan from heat. Drizzle carrots with honey, add cranberries and toss.
6. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
