Ingredients
2
cups
butter
(room temperature)
3/4
cup
sugar
1
teaspoon
salt
6
teaspoons
vanilla extract
4
cups
Wondra flour
4
cups
chopped pecans
4
cups
sifted powdered sugar
Instructions
Cream (with mixer or by hand) 2 cups of room temperature butter, 3/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 6 teaspoons of vanilla, 4 cups of Wondra flour and 4 cups of chopped pecans.
Roll the dough into small balls similar to the size of a donut hole, grape or gum drop.
Bake them at 250 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
Immediately after they come out of the oven, roll each individual cookie in a bowl full of sifted powdered sugar.
